1 question i really need help

in 9Dragons
for some reason my character cant meditate eventhough i took the tutorial and i even had the meditate skill in my vagabond window but now there is nothing there at all
when i press p it says i need to activate the mind coordination but i cant activate it since the skill isnt there

    make the first quest and you'll get the meditation skill.

    yea but im already at the heaven demon mountain thing and i still cant meditate
