a lvl 3 in the ~fifth mission of nighfall????

I havent played gw, for a few month, and recently when I logged in, I saw a level 3 paragon human player in the mission where you have to escape underground after you have defeted the big water creep mission. I just wonder how did he get there, and he was able to do the mission with me, I know that nightfall is more secure that prophesies and you cannot get some one to run you, but just how was it that the player was able to get there at such low level?

Good question. As a level three, you can't even get in on the Consulate Docks mission until you've advanced far enough through primary quests and missions to earn the right to be there.
Just for fun (no charge) I ferried a level 5 to Consulate Docks, and when I tried to enter the mission with him on the team, I got a message stating that I had a player on the team that was not ready for the mission and I was prohibited from playing it 'til I kicked him.
So yeah, you raise some good questions. Sorry, don't have the answers.
Well, I have a theory. A couple theories, actually.
First, I wonder if it's possible to obtain the needed Sunspear Promotion Points via quests alone to get to that mission. If so, then likely a number of other players could have "run" him without skipping anything. But, considering his low level, I don't think that this is possible. But, I can't say for sure since I don't know how much xp those quest rewards are worth.
Secondly, it could be that a guild member met him in their guild hall and teleported him that way to the mission in question. The trouble with this is that it doesn't explain why the player would be able to participate in the mission. Perhaps that mission didn't check to see if he should have been permitted or not since just being able to BE there should be permission enough.
Honestly, I'm not sure. Only thing I am sure about is that he had help getting there.

Sure, you can get *to* Consulate Docks that way (and still can, by the way), but that person would not be able to participate in the mission as they have not completed other requirements yet.

I tryed that at one point , and you cant
gw block access to towns needed to go to get the consulate quest, and if you somehow got someone to get there, the door will be locked at that town, I have tryed that on new char on my guild, where I had another guild member tryed to rush me, as soon as we got to a sertain town that I need to go through, there is a door behind the portal, and neither me nor the person that has allready done the mission cannot get to that town with me.
I thinks its possible because im pretty sure to do mission you only need enough Sunspear points (could be wrong), there's a quest for people who are not from nightfall that gives 4 sunpear points per kill so he could have gotten a friend do just do that quest over and over again.
