I need a game where I can ticked people off, and pking someone is the best way.

    Its pvp is limited to pvp arenas that are rarely used and War of Emperium that is highly group based.  If your looking for pking, Ragnarok Online isn't it.  There are several good griefing games out like Vanguard.  I would say Ultima, but that is getting dated.  There is also the upcoming Fury which looks good as a PVP-skill based game.

    on some RO private servers you can pk in town after a certain lvl, but most avoid having servers as pk towns because the skill spamming causes the game to lag for some people



    btw does saying that some private servers have something against the rules?

    Yes, it supports PK. You need to find a server that has it enabled though. All i know is that the unofficial branch of AEGIS can support it...(Of course almost all emulators can, talking about aegis tho :p)

    Go for Lineage 2. If you enjoy killing low levels to anger them Lineage 2 is the game for you.
