Logging on to Scions of fate

in Scions of Fate (Yulgang)
Loaded this game by recomendation of a friend. When i finally got all the patches etc loaded tried to log in to be told that the server connection was weak and wouldn't give me the chance to start!!!! what the F******g hell is this. Live in UK which i thought wasnt tooo remote in this world of communications........can anyone advise me?

    ok this might or might not work .load another game full then get out and try to load sof again i think sometime the stuff sof do dont release the internet connection .so if AND IF  i m right it should work .i use wow and then go back to sof and normaly i can log but i cant say why the game does that lol.maybe you got a centrino duo like me lol.
