Name this MMORPG and get manlove

Ok so I have a terrible memory and need to know what this MMORPG is called..
Basically there are a small amount of races and classes, you start in a different land for each race. It is 3d has good graphics.
Not alot to go on? Well I will try to add more detail.
The mages when they do spells, a Shiva looking thing comes up from the floor behind her and shoots the spell...Shiva being the Aeon or GF from Final Fantasy's. But it looks like a ice woman basically. A multi coloured circle goes round the caster then it pops up.
You get to craft your weapons by say putting in a level 10 sword and some other stuff to make a level 13 sword...There are gems which are useless till you store them in storage for a few hours-days to make them more mature for use.
Ok thats all I remember, so if any kind person can tell me the name of this MMORPG please, I have been looking for a while but the name is there...It just is out of my reach all the time, just when I think I have it...Poof its gone and I am sure you have all had this problem before lol.

Just if you know what it is, please tell me because I am going out of my mind trying to remember this damned game because I just quit WoW and Canny be arsed to start up another P2P game untill I have had a bit of a rest with a few Free MMORPG's.
