Looking for a specific MMO

Is there any 3D MMO where you have to build up things with supplies and such sorta like Starcraft?

Be warned, its very old though (1999, so old graphics). Nonetheless, it can be extremely fun if you can get past a couple of the tedius aspects of gameplay (one of them is already in the process of being fixed, so that will help a lot). Personally, i don't play it, as I am waiting for BOTH of the tedius aspects to be fixed, which may be a while. But as soon as they fix the first problem, it will still be less tedius than the vast majority of MMORPGs. Unfortunately, MMORPG.com makes no mention of it because apparently they have something personal against it...as it has more RPG aspects to it than some other games listed on MMORPG.com, yet they single it out as a game that can't be listed because it isn't 100% a RPG (which i could understand if they didn't make exceptions to others that were even less RPG).

lol no you definitely don't want Sony to make your MMO, for two reasons:
1. They have a very bad record when it comes to pro-creativity (and a MMORTS or such is definitely outside of the box from what there is now in MMOs). Look what they did to SWG (that wasn't a revolutionary game, but at the beginning it was more outside of the box than the others).
2. They actually were in the process of making a MMORTS (in fact they were the very first one that *supposedly* attempted to do so) called Sovereign. It was supposedly in development for a few years and there were some very nice looking ingame screenshots...however a couple of years into development they decided "Lets turn it into a MMORPG instead"(even a couple of years into development, and they still couldn't remain on a pro-creative course...just like with SWG where they actually had the thing released and turned around 180 lol)...several months or a year from then, the lack of decision on exactly what they wanted to develop, a MMORPG or a MMORTS as originally planned, and the apparently poor design plan, resulted in its cancellation. Then instead of starting a new MMORTS project, or selling the code cheap to another company to give it another try, or just releasing the code...they dumped it all that work in the trash can lol.
Originally it sounded like you wanted a hybrid RPG/RTS MMO. Now it sounds like you might be interested in MMORTS? If so, go to www.mmorts.com for a list of MMORTS games. Unfortunately there isn't yet one that has all the following attributes:
1. Released
2. Fully Developed
3. Without masses of design flaws and bugs
4. Well-Funded
5. Well-Managed
Also, just a few of those on that list are mis-identified as MMORTS games when they are actually only large-scale normal online RTS games.
