Is it possible for me to play on Antonia Bayle?

Hey, i just got the game today and made my character, but when i came to the select server option i only had 3 choices.... I was hoping that i would be able to play on one of the RP preferred servers like Antonia Bayle. Im from the Uk so is that the reason that i can't play on the server i wanted or is there another explanation?

There is a dropdown box to switch to the North American servers
