it doesn't matter. sony has at least screwed themselves in the short term in the gaming department. And in the game developers go where theres more people to sell to, so what do you expect? not only that the stores in general(Walmart, Kmart) around here don't have the newest PS3 games, so I conclude that they are thinking about dropping it.
now lets look at the game department, everything sony currently has out for its new console theres a few versions on the Xbox 360.(with obvious exceptions)
a doubtable power gain for the extra $200.
and it being annoying to code. (along the lines that you can't just tell a thread to run, you need to tell it where to run. and when its running it can't use half of the memory(ram) resources with out slowing down the whole system.)
not to mention the PS3 controler doesn't even have vibration, and looks like a grey banana.
I find it amazing that by 2020 first world countries will be competing to get immigrants.
How about I spent hours upon hours of my life last year in Religious threads and i'm tired... and i just want to talk about something i enjoy... games and anything related... you have an issue with that?

Just to let you guys know, a new Xbox 360 will be coming out quite soon as well. It's codenamed "Zephyr". It will have HDMI output, a 120gb hard drive, and also, a 65nm processor.
The console has only been out for a few months, and not even in every region yet. Saying its died is ignorant, although what else to expect of someone who hates a game console for no reason at all. Hehe, that made me laugh.
I get mad at world leaders, I get mad at my boss, I get mad at my girlfriend, I get mad at my dog when he pisses on the floor. But I guess some people find the idea of having a life outside of hating or loving inanimate and inorganic objects a little scary.
