Registering on Scions of Fate

Ok i have been trying to register on Scions of Fate it sends me to the netgame website to register there. I register and when i scroll down and press accept/confirm i get this.

Does anyone know how to fix this or what to do? 
I have a Beta Test Code also.
So if you can answer to this i appreciate it.
