Does it still have buggy quests? (Theme parks, Imperial/Rebel missions)

I actually enjoyed this game more then any other MMORPG, but one day I was so fed up with the MANY MANY MANY quests that could not be completed due to a bug that I left the game, finding solace in games like FFXI, EVE Online, and DAOC because at least they felt complete.
My question is has SWG been fixed? I'm perfectly accepting of there being a bug or two here and there, but I enjoy doing a lot of quests through theme parks and agents, and if I'm gonna continue to find the NPC I'm supposed to escort start to attack me, or be inside a building, or disappear before I even get there, or have the waypoint disappear on me, then I'll be wasting my money.
Thanks for any help of information you can offer. I'm hoping to get back to SWG if it's a little more solid then when I last played a couple months ago.

Hiya Jabba rebel and imperial theme parks have had the reward items revamped. Redoing the reb theme park i recieved a ring (not bad) a b-wing flight suit (only wearable overt
) a flag!! two schematics (one for a backpack and the other for a republic blaster (eew!)
I hear the jabba park gives you a painting and a rather nice backpack as a couple of the rewards....Not sure if warrants doing all the boring missions again
