Where is the Wind attack for Dark Elves?

in Lineage 2

In the starting village the magic shop doesnt have the Wind attack spell!

Any recommendations on where to get it?

I am lvl 10 healer/buffer and i have heal 3 and might

but i need to max the nuke too.

name is DopeMan in game feel free to let me know if you need some heals or buffs

especially if you can answer the post!

    Well since I am a Healer/Buffer I kinda thought like it was like handing out drugs (heals and buffs)

    And there is a old NWA song that goes:

    " DopeMan DopeMan can I have a hit?"image

    rofl...

    Does ANYONE know though where Dark Elfs can get buy Wind attack?

    I would love to trade heals and buffs for a while with a book or 2 of Wind attack.

    WTB of course as well.

    arent the de mages born knowing the wind attack? mine was..

    yes they are born with it... i want to get a book and upgrade it to wind 2 , and then wind 3..

    i need a total of 2 books to get this accomplished.  its wierd the de magic store sells most of the books but not wind.  i didnt know if this was deliberate or a bug.

    i know for sure you can get it at the regular elf store...i was trying to avoid having to make the trip.

    well..if u havent been able to log on to the game and figure this out yet, here ya go

    you only need a book to learn the spell the first time. the next lvl's of it you dont, you just go to the magistar and pay ur SP for them. u dont need the wind book ever, just SP to upgrade

    also, the wind book u saw was most likely wind shackle, a spelll u can learn dotn the road

    You goto the very same trainer where you upped your hea to level3. Invest SP points to up Wind.
