New To Game Help Please

I signed up for the MMORPG 30 day trial. After a week I have yet to play the game. The game loads the Battleground Europe screen, loads the graphics, sounds etc etc (which by the way takes 15 min) and at the end when its done, crashes to the desktop.
I sent a customer problem ticket in but no response. Ive tried to login into the forums with my username and password but it just tells me wrong username and password. Im logged into the main site because I see my name. However, I cannot login to the forums to ask help from players and I cannot get help from customer service.
They didnt have a problem taking my credit card info to start charging me at the end of a trial which I will probably not be able to use unless I get help somehow.
Can anyone here help? And also, is the customer service this crappy for this game. The main site is extremely bugged. If thats the case I wonder how screwed up the game is.

And well their customer service is not bad, only thing you have to keep in mind, often, you have to sent a mail to one of the RATS themself, btw did you chekc this post?

But can well be, u wont get answer till after christmas.
have you tried to start the game in offline mode?
A major patch was released earlier this week, did you down load the full install?
List your system specs, and I hope you have 1g memory and a good FX card.

He should just mail Bloo directly.
Without password and name, he shoudl be able to post in certain parts of forum and would be able to read the stickies as well.
STaffwriter, sorry i got to say it, but you are very fast with opinion.
As you could see in one of my replies, that game had a trouble with a database temporarily and they did say: if there is a problem sent email.
He should be able to read those posts even without signing in and he should be able to reply in that topic as guest even.
Customer service in this game is very good. I also cannot believe how quick the staffwriter was to criticise ww2ol game devs for not working chrismas.
Give them a few days - I'd like to hear how soon they sort your problem out for you - if they haven't done already.
Nervi - probly not a good idea to write bloo's email address on an unrestricted forum. Harvesting bots will pick it up and he will be sent lots of spam.
