    Yeah, they banned the account, not the IP. To tell you the truth, I don't think the mods can ban IPs, lol. If they could or did, they would/should have banned those guys making account after account after account posting referral links.

    But, even if they did IP ban me, there are a million and a half ways around that too. lmmfao.

    Still, not the point. I want an explaination as to why I was banned and I want my regular account back. I recieved no email and couldn't even log into my regular account. I'm pretty sure it was because I went off on some Merchant Marine that was trying to compare himself with a real soldier, he really pinched a nerve. But even so, I should have got a warning or something. I haven't had a warning since 2005.

    He had no purpose of posting that he was in the Navy, it had absolutely nothing to do with anything the thread was about.

    Hrrrrrm image. Well apparently it was due to flaming another member. You should have received an email with the exact reason given by that mod for it. It's only a 3-day temp ban. And yes making alt accounts to get around bans Isn't a great idea, just a bit of a warning there. Also you said you haven't received a warning since '05? you never received any in '05 but you have several this year.

    As for the IP bans. Yes we can do them. As you said there are a million and a half ways around them. Plus you'll find that most of the people that spam those referral links and websites are more than just 1 person.
