Log in Error.

in Lineage 2
Whenever I try to log in, I put in all teh indo necessary then press log in, and nothing happens.
I wait, but nothing, then i press it like I have ADHD and still nothing.
Although, on my lag fest computer that can barely play the game, I have no problems whatsoever logging in, can anyone tell me what they're opinion on the problem is?

    That happens to me sometimes, close L2 and open it up again. BTW, check your firewall since sometimes Norton Internet Security blocks me from logging in after a new patch.

    Might be that since I have norton, thanks.

    Rawr, it didnt work....I even tried COMPLETELY diasabling norton.
    Any other suggestions?

    Weird, you didn't edit any files right? Try uninstalling and reinstalling

    I did, then I de-fragged and ran a disk cleanup.
    Still nothing.

    No, my router has screwed with my internet since I got it, so I went back to my modem.
    Plainy answered, no, through a modem.

    It's a firewall program but I'll take your answer as a no.

    My guess is that some firewall program is blocking L2's access to the internet. If you find the program and disable it you'll be able to log in.

    Ya make sure certain ports in the FAQs they sent you are open. It happened to me once where I couldn't login I believe, I remember seeing a FAQ and changing something so that it did work. Maybe that was for another NcSoft game?
