Anyone else lost their character?

in Everquest II
I downloaded and patched the new expansion EOF, now when I log in it says character select unavailable and when I launch the game just asks me to create a chacter... but on the patch screen it show my character info. Anyone know whats up?

    DON'T PANIC!  It will all be ok!  image

    Servers are down.  This often happens when servers are down.  Your characters are still available just not showing up on the selection screen.  Once servers return to normal operations and are up and running your characters will show up again.
