You don't. This is the standard control setup for Korean games. If you play for a bit, you'll get used to it pretty quickly and it works pretty well for this kind of game, actually.

I have to say, I've never had that happen. Most of the time, if I do get "stuck" I just type /unstuck.
But I think my point could have been clearer by saying that in day to day play, for a main mode of navigation, the WASD/Arrow keys are not as responsive as games that use this method.

lol nova must have not played this too long
open up the system menu (the hammer on the lower right) then go to options
then click on the game options tab and check the box that says "enter chat"
this will allow you to use arrows or wasd to move
