need help on downloading cabal (keep getting error on download pop up)

I downloaded the file once and install it but i forgot to turn off my antivirus before installing..so i always get a promt that the cabal client have a trojan..
then i decided to uninstall cabal and reinstall.
but this time when i click on play cabal after logged in at the cabal website, the pop up come out (the one which prepare for the client download). But after like 1 second the pop up and the cabal website dissapeared.. T.T
it always repeat this way and hence i cannot download and install the cabal client now... T.T
anyone know how to fix this problem?
I m refering to the cabalonline.net
