Credit card for NA trial

Well, i've played a bit on the European servers. After a couple of months, i just got enough though - Too few players. So, i want to try the NA version, to see how Gareth is doing. Now, i don't got any of the supported credit cards - What could i possibly do to work around this?
The trial gives me the offer to use PayByCash, but i'm slightly puzzled by this choice. Will they send the money back, if i cancel my account? How secure is this system?
Now, i've used PayByCash quite some times before.. but i've also heard horror stories of money 'magical' dissapearing along the line. So what can i do in a situation like this?

Is TDs a part of Cata? If so, meh.. Too lazy to level the slow way.

Not sure about the payment part, but yes the task dungeons are a part of Catacombs. Though Mythic has been making everything free after two years from the original retail release. So if you want the TDs, just wait until January 2007 or so.
