Bug in Trial Download.

I have no idea whats wrong. I try to download the trial of City of Heroes+Villains but when i click the big grey bar that sais to download it doesn't do anything except the grey download bar goes away and i can't download. The download doesn't even start. If anyone knows a solution, tell me. It seems fun and the trial is for a limited time.
