Cant use old acct?

Ok i quit shadowbane for the 2nd time about 5 months ago, and before that it was over a year when i reactivated my acct. but for some reason with the new free account info or activation of old acct i can not find my old account.....did they wipe all old accounts for last patch or what? I know for a fact the correct acct name and password(same i use with any MMO) so only thing i can suspect is it was deleted.....

    Yea, it happened to a bunch of people the month before SB went free. I think a third party was to take over the accounts and messed it or something like that, I forget. Just stinks that past toons were lost, yea well, it's free now.

    A good way to check is to try and make a new character on a different account with the same name as a character on your old account. If the name is still in use, try sending UBIsoft support an email.
