Quick question.

This might be a dumb question, and I might be even dumber for putting this here instead of the official forums, but oh well, maybe someone here knows.

I just got this game yesterday ( Yes, because it's free now of course. ), and I've been looking through all of the classes and such, and realised that it would just be easier to ask someone this:

Is there any class/profession on this game that's able to have any type of pets?

Im not sure but if any had pets my guess would be mages but i dunno im still trying to dl it

Huntresses have the better pets IMO.

Mage pets are alright if soloing mobs.

Pet runes include;

Animator (Required Classes: Bard, Confessor, Fury, Prelate, Priest Prohibited Races: Aracoix, Centaur, Half-Giant, Minotaur, Nephilim, Vampire).

Conjurer (Mage only Races: Aelfborn, Elves, Humans, Irekei, Shades Professions: Bard, Channeler, Fury, Warlock, Wizard).

Rat Catcher (Races: Aelfborn, Centaurs, Dwarves, Elves, Human, Irekei, Nephilim, Shades Professions: Assassin, Bard, Channeler, Doomsayer, Druid, Ranger, Scout, Thief). Think it's Rogue only.

Summoner (Races: Aelfborn, Aracoix, Elves, Humans, Irekei, Nephilim, Shades Professions: Barbarin, Doomsayer, Druid, Fury, Prelate, Preist, Thief, Warlock, Warrior).

Werebear (Races: Half Giant, Humans Professions: Barbarian, Druid, Ranger, Warrior Disciplines Prohibited: Huntsman, Wererat, Werewolf).

Wererat (Races: Humans, Shade Professions: Assasin, Ranger, Scout, Thief Disciplines Prohibited: Huntsman, Saboteur, Werebear, Werewolf).

Werewolf (Races: Aelfborn, Humans Professions: Bard, Druid, Ranger, Warrior Disciplines Prohibited: Huntsman, Werebear, Wererat).

Some runes may have changed with patches and what not, hope it helps.

Kenos

Wizards, Necromancers, and Huntresses all have decent pets. None are "very" useful in PvP, but can be good supplementary damage.
