Ragnarok Online Europe

i heard about the Ragnarok Online Europe version and downloaded it, but no i kant login to the game or the website. i the game i get a password error and on the site i get send back to the page where i had to put it my username and password without any kind of idea given what i did wrong

Anybody have/had the same problome or knows what to do?
