Is the website dead for anyone else besides me? Was today the day, if so who won the pool?

    Website was down?

    Maybe there was someone else viewing the site while you were there and it broke.

    Obviously the fans rushed them into releasing the site before it was ready.

    I don't think you'll see the death of DnL without a long statement about how it was the "fans" faults for pressuring them to release DnL "prematurely"

    No, but almost... Even the most hardcore fanbois have left the boat and the forums are just a shadow of their glorious self.

    I mean, the game was always dismal (if you allow me to even call it a game), but in the best days of Jean Louise, Weg, the one who cannot be named and many others, the forums were a delight. Unfortunately, that's over now.

    Since the players appearantly successfully pressured them into releasing the game prematurely, I wonder if we could successfully pressure them into shutting down the game.  hmmmmmmm.

    Doesn't seem to be working so far. I pressured as much as I could while trying to get my refund. I don't think they even knew I existed until some unfortunate, misinformed secretary with an IQ of 7 accidentaly saw my plight on her computer and said "Oh you poor man!"  pushed her "easy refund button" and was promptly fired the next day for aiding a customer.  

    Played Wow, D and L, AOC, GW, Eve, Rift and many more insignificant games.

    Hey tephtanis, maybe u remember me, I was Xantippe , one of the leaders of SoL Invictus.The guild still exists but is almost dead, due to the state of the game. I had high hopes for this game , and in fact had a lot of fun in the SoG-days. But DnL is a big disappointment, game is bugged , exploitable and worst of all, still almost no content.

    I dont feel hate towards to devs,but sadness. This could have been the greatest game ever, but unless a miracle happens,I expect it to close soonish.

    While I find DnL an afront to my sensibilities, such as they are, I don't believe it will close soon. The team there doesn't seem terribly interested in creating a worthwhile game, and if they still have backing (no matter how insidious it might all seem), they could effectively go on for a good year or two in this present state, and still earn money from the 'project'.
