Please help I am unable to create a character in EQ2

in Everquest II

When I create a character in EQ2 I am able to pic Race then whether they are good or bad after this all i get is the avatar on screen with no more options, Sony in their ultimate wisdom are unable to help me.. Anyone here had that problem if so did you resolve it and how?

    This should be the screen where you customize the look of your character

    The next step after that should be the customization of your toon.

    I have never seen or herd of anything like this before.  Only thing i can recomend would be to uninstall EQ2 and then re-install it again.

    Of course SOE can't help you.

    That's a client side problem. You broke something.

    uninstall/reinstall.

    OK guys got it working.. Had to change region from EU to US and log in then logout and change back again.. Now all is working

    Thanks for your suggestions n all but hey no reinstall thank god
