Shadowrun would be a welcome change, a real breath of fresh air. I loved the Genesis game, if they could make a mmorpg just like it, I would be in heaven.
A Shadowrun mmo that did the game (as I played it 10 years ago) justice......sounds like grounds for divorce, unemployment, rehab, followed by living off the grid mandated by a court of law, rofl. In other words, it gets my vote.
.....Limiting the game to Seattle to start sounds like a very good idea. Don't bite off more than you can swallow. Follow the pnp rules as closely as possible. Allow for meaningful crafting. Read all the old books for the good stories. .....
Old news. The approved/licensed Shadowrun MMO is still running. Microsoft's sale of the interactive rights back to jordan Weisman are, however, a kink in the process.
