Help Needed On Gunz ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !

Hi umm i am needing a littlle help with Gunz and i dont know
 if its my firewall or my router or anything else but i wanna find
it soo here is the problem ok i downloaded Gunz and everything
 and then when i launch it it freezes for like 5 minutes or
something like that and then it opens a little thing Saying

                  The Update Server is not responding or
                  is not running right now.please try
                  again afte a while. sorry for your
                  inconvenience. 

and then i clicked ok and then i cant start the game help please

 and it still didnt work any other solutions and
if any1 else know please tell
