Finding Friends Without Having a Active Account?

Hey, i've played Wow off and on and Wow and I have had a love hate relationship...
But here i am, maybe wanting to play again but i want to know if a friend is still playing. Is there anyway to do this?? cus wow is nothin' with out you friends =P

    Best thing you could do is contact customer support and ask them.
    you can also go to the realm forum and ask there.
