    Customer service? Network Operations?

Weren't these provided by NC Soft?

Looks like a certain software house is about to get dumped by their publisher!

Which would really be rather silly.  Since ... you know, they're still making NCSoft money.

It's entirely possible that they're going with a different publisher for their other games, or that they're going to provide their own CS and the like for them, since NCSoft's apparently become a trifle gun-shy with the lackluster performance of Auto Assault.

Maybe NCSoft is trying to cut costs, and in order to help them out, Cryptic is hiring it's own support staff to take some of the burden off of NC.

Customer service? To handle the complaints when the game gets cancelled.
