First off I would like to thank they ppl that will take their time and help me with my problem. Im looking for a new MMO to play until the new realeases come out. Problem is I cant find one that I can stick with. The big issue is that Ive played many MMOs. Just to name a few: WOW. COV/COH, EVE, Rangnorok online, diablo 2, Maple Story, Knight Online, FLYFF. Im an adult gamer so I wasnt a big fan of FFYFf and Maple Story. I havent done a good FPS online in awhile but havent heard of anything that would be good to get into. I have the whole summer off till i have to work in the fall so i got the time and money(if i need to subscribe.) I like role playing games but not a huge fan of grinding. (loved the idea of RF Online, but a terriible game due to the grind.) I know it might be tough to help but I would appreciate any insight you guys have.
Thx again

Funny how you say you're not a fan of grinding... yet you play WoW and have 2 lvl 60's... hmm...
Anyway, try some of the games in beta, I have a blast playing betas myself. However, I highly reccomend playing a Ragnarok Online free high rate server, loads of fun, and no grinding!!! Yay! Also, if you like the idea of rampaging a wasteland destorying everything in your path, play AutoAssault, SO MUCH FUN!!! I just cant get over squishing litle padestrians and lighting them on fire in AA...
Which you think is the best out of this list-
1. Everquest 2
2. Lineage 2
3. SWG
let me know thx

There is another little mmorpg that is loosly 'Pirating' based. Called World of Pirates.

Theres a 10 hour trial period, then a one-time payment of $14 bucks to continue playing unlimited. It is reminiscent of Ultima Online, but on the seas of days of Old....log-on, choose a country (England is best) and begin to build you own fleet and character as you interact with other players and npcs. A little addicting, but certainly a game worthy of playing inexpensively and when a break is needed.
SWG has a free trial available that will give you a small taste of what the game is about. Grab it from www.tryswg.com
Currently, targeting and shooting is done by you (twitch style). However with the next Chapter/Publish coming out next week (approx) you will be able to choose between that or the usual MMO style of a target lock and auto-fire
If your not a fan of grinding Lineage 2 is not for you. For SWG , just go to their boards here to get a small idea of what happened to that game.
However i woulden't feel clean suggesting a $oe game but since you really don't like to grind.....try ev.......try ever..(come on now i can do this)...try everqu... sorry i can't do it
out of those three i don't think 2 and 3 are for you there ya go
To be honest I think some non-massive multiplayer games would kill some time for you this summer. There really isn't much point in getting into an mmorpg if you already know you are going to leave pretty soon. Personally I've been playing a lot of Battlefield 2 lately, and now I'm waiting for Trickster to open up.
I can't give you any tips on which mmo's i think you should play, cuz I only like the ones that have a bit of a grind in them (Such as Flyff, Ragnarok online (not private server), and soon; Trickster.)
I'll just comment on your list:
Everquest 2 - It's a good solid game, but it does have grinding in it. But not as much as number two on your list:
Lineage 2 - Extremely grind-based that is a huge time sink, and also a money sink if you want to break the EULA and buy ingame currency which most people I know in Lineage 2 do because it's such a horrendous grind.
SWG - I never did play this, and lately I've been told that it's a very vacant mmo. Most people left because of some patch that screwed up something.
(To whoever mentioned private servers for Ragnarok online: Die.)
Come on over.

Do you dare to adapt?
Indeed. Do not quote me on what I said about SWG as I don't really know.
