So is only Europe beta testing?

Nothing but Euro news at mmorpg.com.  I signed up for beta, but I suppose I should have listed my location as Europe instead of USA?  MMORPG.com news claims the game has 100,000 beta testers already.  Where is the discussion?  This is a tiny message board for a game supposed to be so close to release with a huge beta community.

    Actually, they somehow got the number of members on the forums at the time confused with beta...
    Beta signups are at the Officials now.
