in EVE Online

Hi, I can't get the free trial to run. It won't connect. Are there any specific ports that I need to open in my router?

Also there seems to be two ways going about it.

1) Register key before launching EVE for the first time

2) Do it from the launcher itself

In both cases I end up on a webpage and I'm being promted to enter the key. However after doing so and pressing enter nothing happens. The side just resets to the empty fields, no message wether the key was accepted or not.

Maybe this is for support but I can't honestly find anything there, maybe I am stupid but it's not a very intuitive site imho.

    If you have managed to create the account then log in here to My Petitions

    There click on File a new petition and file it under technical. There you should be able to get help with you being unable to log in.

    I think the Port they use is 26000 but i'm not 100% sure on that, so as the guy above me says, file a Petition. :)

    Yeah forgot that. It's port 26000 on 87.237.38.200 when using TCP/IP and I think it's UDP port 26001 on direct play. They don't use other ports.
