Robert Brooks, founder of Hooters, dead?

Malachi1975Malachi1975 Member Posts: 1,079

I just heard while wandering out of the room that Robert Brooks, the creator of Hooters restaurant, is dead. And that his death is unexplained and suspicious. I can't find anything online about it yet so it may have JUST been announced. Man, we owe that guy.

If anyone gets any news could you please keep the rest of us abreast?

"What is it I have against Microsoft, you ask? Well, you know how you feel when you wait for an MMO to come out and when it does you feel like you've paid to play it's beta test for another 6-9 months before anything even thinks of working the way it should? Being a network engineer you feel that way about anything Microsoft puts out."

Good, I hope his business follows the same pattern.

Professor Hubert Farnsworth - That question is less stupid but, you asked it in a profoundly stupid way.

Thanks for finding the link, BB. I couldn't find it on CNN.com when I looked earlier so they may have just recently put it up.

Hrm, dead at 69. This guys death is getting more and more titilating.

Why? You don't like tits and food?

In America I have bad teeth. If I lived in England my teeth would be perfect.

I was thinking that myself, Seabass, but I didn't want to be the one to say it. Well, at least you and I can mourn him at the San Rem...er Hooter Hotel & Casino, right? I wonder if they are going to do something there in all seriousness. From all I had heard about the man I doubt he would want his death being looked at like a dark cloud.

Don't worry, Deandor, I've got a few left. I'm not out of puns yet :P

Looks like the perfect reason to tell my girlfriend that I have to go to the Hooter's Hotel and Casino.

    Agreed.

I'm not that shallow, and I don't need that sort of crap to get off when I can have a long lasting relationship that means something to me instead of tits in your face and shitty food in your mouth.
