    I click the eve shortcut icon, it loads to the ship, then a black screenw ith stars. after that i get nothing. i tred everything for the loggin problems, but nothing. I dont even get to the login process b4 mine messes up

    The EULA appears before you log in, right when you start up. So it should be related to that issue.
