Customer suppert (non-existant)

All i want to say to everyone out there is that if you ever have a problem ingame and file a petition, your better be ready to wait a long time, im on my 11th day and still waiting.

Curtomer support is real bad in that game.

This is totaly unacceptable and im thinking of leaving the game alltogether.

    Ive never had an exploit, harassment, billing, or stuck petition that took more then an hour to get a response on.

    I've had a few reimbursement petitions which have taken a while, but those arent important. Everything you fly should be written off the second that you undock.

    Well all I have to ask is what kind of petition are you trying to make...?

    Anything to do with clinet or agent troubles has been addressed within 10 minutes to one hour for my personal self... anything about reimbursement has taken between a week and 2 weeks.. CCP don't reply to reimbursement too quickly because every other kind of petetion is more importent. So in truth... You could just be waiting for something they will most likely deny you (not many reimbursements are passed through)

    So don't lose hope, or throw away the game because you may have done a foolish thing and lost your temper (not ment to insult)

    All my petitions have been solved quickly and the help was super,

    as said before,  it depends on WHAT the problem is.

    they all seem like a nice bunch of people so dont just say the customer support is bad.

    Only needed to file petitions twice, had a response and a soloution to both within 24 hours.

    I filed an 'other' petition 2 days ago, no reponse yet, but it's not urgent to me either. Filed a 'stuck' ticket on another matter a couple hours ago and had a response about 10 minutes later. Good respones times on all other petitions I've filed thus far, though they seem a little quick to tell people to clear their cache rather than debugging the client more. I'd rather see them do that and push Kali back a year myself, especially since the graphics portion is going to be delayed due to M$ not being ready anyway.

    There was a Dev Blog posted today talking about the new petition system. They are already starting to transfer everything over to the new system, and will be fully online soon.

    In addition to the same petition tools being available ingame and out, this should fix all the errors people have been getting when trying to fill out a petition on the web, and will also be more organized and should result in faster response times.

    I had some troubles there in the begining but within two days i had all of my problems fixed and was on my way to getting ganked again before i knew it.

    actually even reimbursment petitions can be solved withing a day...

    i found it really helps if you have logserver running and send them the log file along with your other petition.. really speeds things up there it seems.

    All of the petitions that I have filed have been replied to and solved relatively quickly

    Well yesterday my friend finally got an email response to the petition he put in 3 weeks ago. He cancelled 2 weeks ago...
