Open Beta Discussion - New Rules

Frankly, I think there should be a rule about the open beta discussion forums. There should be some grounds set about not posting about games that have their own forums, or not creating 100 posts about the same thing, or they will be deleted.
Frankly, HO has too many topics for itself, and cabal is slowly following.
With the introduction of the new forums, a new set of guidelines to help clean up the boards should follow.
