Im not going to spoil anything but the movie wasn't scary (with the exception of the birthday party scene... shown in previews)

then, the movie started getting like Final Destination where people died in the most farfetched stupid ways possible.

Other than that it was good.

    That;s what happened in the original...would you prefer they change the plot?
    I thought they followed the original well, but they just couldn't pull off that whole creepy feeling of the first one.
    The kid was comical in most parts, the whole theatre was laughing.

    Well I havent seen the origional and I just thought it was alright.. I was expecting it to be more scary but I wasnt really dissapointed. I didnt really expect anything scary due to the last 4 or 5 horror flicks I saw that were BS. I know there is an Omen 2 and 3. Heard 2 sucked and 3 was alright. Hopfully they can make these ones just as good or better then the first remake.

    wtf are you talking about i saw the movie and that part at the birthday party was the lest scary part that could've only scared plp weak of heart the scariest where when they were in the grave yard that was scary i mean they were all sad then -.................................................................connection lost
