I live in europe, in the country norway.

So i wonder which place will be the smartest for me to start?

Currently trying out the 15 days trial from the USA site International Ragnarok Online or something, but i allready had some problem with diconnecting and stuff.. so what do you guys recommend? should i switch to the eu servers?

And is there any big diffrence?

yes totally.  The iRO servers are literally on the other side of the world for you.  There is Russia RO, and the United Emirates RO which are close then iRO servers.  But you probably wanna go for euRO which is somewhere in the mainland of Europe; probably Germany.
