Hello, im looking for a pvp game is very immensive

DAOC looks like its the one im looking for in every way, I am just wondering how populated the servers are atm?

Best check it by yourself 
Here is the link to the Camelot Herald, you can check there (right side) how many people are at the moment on servers (clusters). There is also a lot of  other info about classes, spells, styles, frontiers etc.

PS As for sbscribers it's hard to find numbers, but it's about 170k-200k range.

The cluster is one server or a combination of all of them?

for example is the 1700 number for all 4 of the servers combined?

Yes, for all servers in cluster, they share rvr, capital, catacombs and DR zones. Other pve zones (classic, toa, si) are separated. Remeber that 1700 is off hours on weekned (for US servers).
