    ay i think its a glich theres no quest for the jewls

    The low quality jewels were originally cursed upgrade scrolls in KOL, before K2 came out

    these jewels are used in the beginning armor quest.

    there is an NPC that makes ur beginning armor +4 with a certain atribute (depending on your class)....u take your armor (the most basic one) and these jewels and the NPC makes ur armor+4...so it saves a bit of cash that u would spend for the upgrade scrolls..

    used mostly by paper mages, battle priests and though so rarely by paper rouges
