A graphics question-

in Everquest II

Anyone tried running EQ2 on SLI yet? I'm considering getting another Geforce 6800 for my computer and wondering if there difference graphically will be all that noticeable. Thanks!

    it wont look any better but your fps is sure to go up by 30-35% at least. I suggest you get at least 2 gigs of ram if you plan on playing eq 2 on higher gfx settings.

    I've read a couple of posts on the tech forum and I think they get a very satisfying boost in performance, which means the game runs smoother, but I have no idea if it actually makes a visual difference. I assume it's easier to use high quality modes, though.

    Currently playing:
    * City of Heroes: Deggial, Assault Rifle/Devices Blaster. Server: Defiant.
    * City of Villains: Snakeroot, Plant/Thorns Dominator. Server: Defiant.
