Ok Dekron I think u r misusing ur locking of whatever privliges. Now as u can see I fight for what I believe in so if i get shot sown 10 times, I get up and fight back 11. So as the "NOOB" I am, I say go Runescape and every one else who likes it vote, even if u dislike it.

Quite the contrary. Your original thread was not locked because your request to create a Runescape forum, but because the topic turned into a debate of whether or not Runescape was a good or bad game. This forum is for site suggestions, not for debating games.
Your second thread was locked because you reposted the same thing. Your point was taken with your first thread. Apologies if you thought I locked the topic because it mentioned Runescape. I, in fact do not have an opinion of the game because I have not played it.
