Does anyone play the original daoc?

I was at best buy...and I saw the original DAOC looking lonely on the shelf...@ $9.99. Does anyone play it or does everyone have catacombs and SI and DR

    Most everyone has every expansion :) They are very worth it. Even TOA isn't bad anymore.

    Yeah, even ToA isn't bad anymore...Wow, I never thought I'd type that. ::::39::

    The Epic edition is great value and has all the expansions to date. It would be false economy big time to buy the original DAoC for ten bucks.

    I have always wondered what was in those boxes. It is impossible to play just the "original" game. SI they gave as a free expansion and you are required to have it and use the SI client. ToA is now also free. You will be required very soon to use the ToA client as well.

    In DAOC usually 95% of the population will have all of the expansions.
