DO YOU BELIEVE IN GOD

Just to let everyone know I do believe and God and the reason I'm posting this is because on this website I've found that there are quite a few members that don't believe in God.

    I don't believe in a God full of anger and wrath who judges people and sends them to Hell for eternity. I don't believe in a God who creates Beings knowingly full well they are doomed from the very beginning even if its not their fault. I don't believe in a God who can be hurt or damaged in any way (Christians and most other religions do believe that but deny it). Think about it, if God judges people then their MUST be a reason....so what other reason could it be besides hurting God in some way?

    I do believe in a God and we are children and treated as such and so that mean REAL unconditional love in other words God loves us no matter what we do. In Gods eyes we are all equal and will be treated as such in the after life. So I guess I just model God exactly the way my parents are that makes any sense. I think if my parents are better than mainstream religion's God then something must be wrong.

    I do believe that God created the big bang and from there on just let the chips fall where they may and MANY years later here we are. So I believe in evolution but I believe that it all started with life (God) because death/nothingness doesn't grow or evolve.

    We all know there is debate in society regarding science vs religion and I just believe the truth is in the middle.

    Stop looking at the debate and seek God by faith and see what happens . For instance If the Bible is true and God loves us so much then he will show you hes real in his own way it worth a try once in your life time.

    God is not what you think of.  He seem to be lazy (eh he works 6 days and relax since, damn I want his job)! image  God also was mean to Joseph, he get his wife pregnant!  That is soooo mean!  image

     

    He also seems to only be watching us do about just anything without interfering, kinda like some folks can watch their neighbors kill each other, rape or whatever.  I think God is timid or care as much for us as we care for an aquarium full of fishes!

    Well, there seems to be so much evil in the world there would have to be a God who oversees what is happening whether it's his will or not. I look at the news and you wonder where this world is headed...seems that we are all in the same boat..love for money, greed, jealousy, hatred, all the sexual attraction and lust running rampant, scoff at ppl who live lives of honesty and purity by the media, the lack of reporting anything good by the media also - everything is negative most of the time and they call it news. Then you look at the amount of creativity in nature, the talent and skills of ppl, and of course the fact that love exist at all in the world....I think there is a God and in order to find him you have to be serious about finding him in your own personal way.

    First i'd like to state i do believe in god. im a god christian, BUT i dont beleive its right to aruge with people about religion yes ill talk about it and i even talk with frinds who are catholics and well DISCUSS what it is we believe and the differences between our religions are but i despise how people hate each other because they are different rligions or how they will argue about it for so long and its pointless. Religion is one of the most mysterious topics there are and when people argue about it noone ever reallly gets throught to each other because religion is something that you only believe in if you are going to stick by your beliefes strongly and proudly not act like it or be ashamed of it or whether your friends like your rligion or not shouldnt matter.

    I just wanted to get that off my chest lol

    Im gonna have to lock this. Nothing personal...these type of threads (religion and politics) never ever have a good ending.

    People who have to create conspiracy and hate threads to further a cause lacks in intellectual comprehension of diversity.
