help needed with mu online execute!

I am having trouble executing mu online on my computer. Does anyone have a problem like this. I have fully downloaded the game and i have also downloaded the patch. When i double click and start up mu online the webzen sign comes up. Once i push enter it comes to the world selection screen but there is no world selection choices on the screen. I have checked on the mu website aobut all this but nothing has helped. I have also posted a faq to mu online but have not had a reply. Can someone please help me with this problem as this game is one i would really enjoy playing.
