UO problem

I downloaded the UO age of shadows trial and im playing it on the metropolis shard.  Well after playing it for a while, if i close it and try to re-open it, it says "client.exe has encountered a problem and needs to be closed".  The only way to fix it is to reinstall the entire trial over again, and then it happens again after playing it a few times.  Its a big hassle to have to keep reinstalling it, anyone know how to fix it?

    But im using a free shard, and i only have the 15 day trial.  How am i supposed to explain that to their support line.
