Will UXO support plugins?

in Ultima X: Odyssey

Will there be some/any support for player made plugins of any sort (an third party interface or alike)? Will it be possible too do something like decal for asheron call 1 or are such things unwanted?

    We don't have any plans to support 3rd party applications at this time.
