in EVE Online

im having trouble maintiaining a good frame rate. Im not a on a good PC i just meet the requirments. Is there any way anyone knows of to increase this through game options. I dont have money to upgrade my comp as obviously that would be the best way to go.

    CTRL+SHIFT+ALT+E turns off all effects, and CTRL+SHIFT+ALT+T turns off turret effects. 

    This should help.
