Tibia New "Boots Of Water Walking"

This has been varified by www.tibia.de, but this might have many disadvanges. The water way from main to rook will be traveled and rook will no longer be a callenge because the distrubing of good item normally not found in rook. Also some may hug all the monster spawn spots because of being high leveled. Of course the boots will be fun to have but are they fair?
