Ingot Removal?

Is it true that Funcom removed ingots from hecklers after the guild Ingot Farmers sold them on Ebay, if so I feel sorry for ya all, or those who has not yet recived any ingots...

    I hope its true.  Heckler farming and the ingots ruined the game for me. 

    We used to call those that just farm hecklers... Heckler noobs.

    They had no skill for anything else and it ruined the game economy.

    Again I hope its true.

    Haven't really killed a lot of hecklers myself, but getting an ingot from time to time
    was rather fun and a nice boost to your credits, but the removal will hopefully bring
    prices down on items.

    It is true. See the patch notes for Version 16.0.2 link

    Ingots have been removed from all the drop tables of Shadowlands mobs.

    That should help balance the game. Hey I just recently started playing AO again after a 8 month break.
