Which PVP server is the most balanced?

Hi.
I am thinking of moving from a PVE server to a PVP.
Which server has a really high population and is also well balanced (horde and alliance about the same) ?
My build: Sapphire Radeon HD 4850, Asus P5GC-MX/1333 Motherboard, 4gb G.SKILL DDR2 667MHz RAM, Core 2 Duo e7200 CPU, 250gb Western Digital SATA Harddrive, Windows Vista Home Basic 64-bit.

I think Bladefist is one of the most balanaced servers when it comes to the amount of players on each faction. Though the Horde are better in PvP imo. They win more and are more organized. It might because of what my friend told me, that a lot of hardcore PvP players from other MMORPGs decided to start playing WoW, and they decided to go Bladefist Horde side.
Bladefist is said to be the hardest PvP server for the Alliance
